Flexo Prepress Solutions specializes in manufacturing high-quality flexographic plates for wide-web and narrow-web print houses and brand owners.

We produce a variety of flexographic plates, including digital plates using the most advanced technology available on the market. In 2009, we became the first U.S. tradeshop to implement HD Flexo by EskoArtwork, which combines high-resolution, 4000-dpi imaging with advanced screening. The result is consistent color, smooth vignettes, and brilliant print quality that rivals offset and gravure.

We use DuPont Cyrel® DFR for digital flexographic plates, the newest member of the Cyrel FAST line. Cyrel DFR has the smallest highlight dot reproduction of any FAST plate. It was developed to perform with a wide array of substrates and inks, and has been shown to be a rugged plate that provides consistent performance.

As a DuPont Cyrel® QA Tradeshop Partner, Flexo Prepress Solutions offers converters and packaging buyers the assurance that we will supply the highest quality Cyrel® flexo plates, prepared to DuPont's rigid quality and consistency standards.

Wide-Web Printers / Narrow-Web Printers
We have the capability to create flexo plates for a wide variety of press sizes — from 4-inch narrow-web presses to 52-inch wide-web presses. Our largest plate size is 34 x 46 inches.

Brand Owners
For our brand owners, we offer the ability to manage all artwork, from development of creative through delivery of final flexographic plates. We own a wide variety of software applications, enabling us to easily revise previously created files.

Archiving
We keep all original and revised job files on-site and archive them in two secure, off-site locations. If you need to have your files updated at a later date, we can easily make the revisions in-house.

Service Times
We offer 24-hour turnaround and overnight delivery to customers across the United States. We also maintain an FTP server to give our customers the ability to upload and download files 24/7.
